The practice was formed in 1999 after 14 years working with top regional architectural practices. The practice undertakes work in a very wide variety of building sectors including Domestic, Education, Commercial, Retail, Voluntary, Churches, Environmental, Historic (Listed) Buildings (including Grade I and Scheduled Ancient Monuments).
Mark Ellerby has personal experience of restoring, living in, and specifying new design proposals for a historic 17th Century thatched cottage in Wiltshire, and has worked on many similar projects in Wiltshire and Devon, working closely with thatchers and understanding the roofing design requirements of thatch as well as other 'traditional' building materials.
